Please avoid this property.
Unfortunately the landlady fails in all her legal obligations with all her lodgers. She has been reported to the police and other organisations such as Shelter, but she takes advantage of poor lodgers rights. Also:
- You're not allowed to speak to her.
- You're not allowed to use the shared areas (including the kitchen) if she is there.
- If you're using one of the shared areas when you wants to use them, you have to leave.
- You're not allowed to work from home.
- She will block you from using the wifi if she feels like it.
- She mocks disabled people by making "funny faces" to their faces.
- You might come back home from work one day and all your belongings will be outside the house in the rain with the locks changed.
- Her cats pee and poo everywhere but she does not clean up after them.
- She is verbally abusive and will throw items aggressively around to scare people.
