STEER CLEAR OF ROUGUE LANDLORD FLAT 50, LYAL HOUSE: Your deposit will be refused to be returned to you, and your 12 months tenancy will me made hell by advertising his property for SALE ROUTINELY EVERY YEAR just to serve you a notice to vacate in 6month while last 6 months of your tenancy will be spent on serving this landlord as his unpaid caretaker to clean to allow the public to view his flat multiple times each week & almost daily you will be facilitating entry to his surveyor, estate agent.....& the list goes on. If you work remotely, he will ruin your work life by his demands. You won't be able to rest even at the weekends because he will send his estate agents and the public to view his property. You will indeed be kicked out despite his promise before the start of the tenancy to renew it for 3 to 4 years only because the landlord is a pathological liar and only cares about increasing rent each year. His prey is all lone female tenants since he won't allow your spouse, despite he, with his housewife and children, used to live in that cursed flat of his. God save every single well-educated girl out there from deceitful psychos, low-live landlords, and their equally despicable housewives that are seemingly the refugee diaspora from Afghanistan; a shame for other Muslims. Their entire psyche is likely be traumatised/disturbed by the trauma of war, generations of their families endured, and the subsequent poverty life they lived as refugees in Europe! STEER CLEAR & PAY YOUR RENT ELSEWHERE!
