The agent was biased and made my life a living hell, along with the tenants. The kitchen was ripped out for 3 weeks, undergoing refurbishment when it was meant to take 2 weeks. I had to go to the laundrette, buy takeaway food, and live on microwave food, which was all expensive. There were also slugs in my room and mice in the house, which never got resolved despite sending pest control to deal with it.
