The house was old and had pests such as slugs, rats, and mice. The tenants in the house were nasty to live with and bullies and constantly harassed me despite not knowing me. They would make up lies to the agent and they even went as far as to write false statements about me while living there after I got taken to court for rent arrears sadly. The judge threw out their statements and I eventually moved out and got my own place.
