Very Poor Landlord, upkeep of property awful.
Will send his staff round all times of day. Rooms ok, dark and dingy. Very over crowded.

Rude, money grabbing, no respect for privacy or the law - ran an illegal HMO. Got his property manager to turn up unannounced or less than 24hrs notice, on several occasions (12 times in the five months I was there). This became a case for RRO. In this, he forged documents and tampered with evidence, which was revealed with a FOI request to Lewisham Council.
He left harassing voice messages, shouted at tenants on the phone and in person, got in an older tenant’s face and threw a BBQ in his direction.

Avoid at all costs!
