I'm the longest serving tenant at Devonshire Road. I have been receiving a great service so far. Even though his agents are sometimes very slow in acting on requests, he does everything he can to rectify issues quickly.

Dark, Dingy unkept property.
Very over crowded house.

Quite spacious in rooms but landlord refused to do works needed beyond bare minimum, and wouldn’t call in proper experts (I.e. would use his cheap handyman who wasn’t trained in electrics or plumbing, to install an electric shower system. Left exposed cables in the shower)
