Our experience with this landlord was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently difficult, he was unresponsive, unhelpful, and often came across as rude and dismissive when we did manage to get in touch. The property itself was in a poor state when we moved in, with several issues that were never properly addressed despite being reported.
We made a real effort to leave the house in a far better condition than we found it, yet we were still unfairly charged from our deposit without reasonable explanation. Overall, it felt like we were treated with little respect due to us being students. I wouldn’t recommend renting from him.
