Perminder [Pom] Dubb was extremely unresponsive and irresponsible throughout my tenancy - he would takes days and sometimes weeks to respond to messages about urgent issues like blocked sinks, boiler issues, smashed windows, mould growth.
He never hired professionals to fix these jobs - instead, he would come himself, often forgetting the correct tools, and make a bigger mess of the situation. On one occasion, the ceiling in the flat beneath us (which he also owned) completely collapsed. It left the base of the bath tub in our flat exposed, which meant we were afraid to shower in case the bath fell through.
When we left, he refused to give our deposit back despite us repeatedly asking. He never gave a reason for withholding the deposit.
