Very fake nice to your face and then goes behind your back. Has a reputation for over charging for repairs post move when they fall under the category of wear and tear. Previous tenants in other flats in the building are in regular contact and have all voiced this opinion after moving. She has not been candid about work needing to be done to an entire building as a means to justify a section 21. It was served after complaining about poorly arranged appointments for maintenance less than 24hr notice. Complaints were made about how this affects my chronic conditions when working nights with vulnerable adults on end of life care and this was disregarded. Other tenants have not received a section 21 as voiced by the estate agents for maintenance across the whole building despite that claim and just a few weeks before that claim was made, a new couple moved in. After speaking to the tenants post move whilst this whole building maintenance is meant to be done, they are still there without being served a section 21 indicating that this was served to me as a form of retaliation for complaining. She has charged a ridiculous amount of money to replace a shower pan when the crack going through it starts at the plug hole, indicating that the pipe was screwed on too tight to the plug hole, and the bottom of the shower is completely sealed off with custom wood work making it impossible for me to access that, revealing that the crack was caused by installation before I moved in and yet I’ve been charged for that. The property was described as having central heating which consists of a portable space radiator screwed on to the wall with the plug cut off and hooked up to a fuse. This doesn’t fit the criteria for central heating which is a system that works in unison across the whole property, that doesn’t include sticking an electric space radiator to the wall.

I would be careful with this person and the estate agents. Both claim that neither contact each other about complaints and play off of each other as a means to avoid accountability for lack of response and action. I would recommend always emailing the estate agents your complaints and requests, do not call them as that leaves you without any proof, and when she turns up at your door without notice like she has done to me, I would record your conversations as this seems to be the time that she is the most dishonest. get cameras for inside the flat to prove they have been there and showing what they have done/haven't done.
