I would advise prospective tenants to proceed with caution.
Our experience with this landlord was extremely challenging. Communication was often difficult, with repair concerns and important tenancy matters frequently met with delayed responses, limited engagement, or a focus on disputing responsibility rather than resolving issues.
We found the landlord’s approach to concerns raised during the tenancy to be dismissive and at times confrontational. Attempts to resolve problems constructively were often difficult, and there was a lack of clear communication around responsibilities and expectations.
Prospective tenants should ensure that all agreements, repairs and communications are clearly documented from the outset.
