The property had serious and ongoing issues which significantly affected our experience as tenants.

From shortly after moving in, the property suffered from persistent leaks, damp and extensive mould growth. These issues were repeatedly raised but were not properly resolved, and the condition of the property deteriorated over time.

The damp and mould affected the safety of the property and caused damage to personal belongings. There were also wider concerns regarding the condition and management of the building, which prospective tenants should investigate carefully before entering into a tenancy.

While the location itself may be convenient, the condition and maintenance of the property were unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants carry out thorough checks, request evidence of any previous repair works, and ensure all concerns are formally documented before moving in.
