Landlord reviews for Keyu Tan in Blackheath

Landlady is a con artist who refused to carry out repairs or action any of the pre-move requirements. She waited until the day that I was originally supposed to move in to ask Keatons to manage the flat. When I asked her about this via LinkedIn, she would send vague replies about not having time to do anything. According to a previous tenant, she has a history of not carrying out repairs and attempting to withhold deposits. Her behaviour towards me when I decided to leave the flat made it clear that she felt no remorse about the state the flat was in and had never intended to carry out any of the repairs. She was rude, entitled and would blame Keatons for problems her inaction had caused.
