Although Redbrick are a management company and not the owner, when we moved into the property the owner had vanished so we dealt exclusively with redbrick. They were in a difficult position as they weren't supposed to authorise alterations etc. without the owner's permission, so things were often slow, but they were responsive and helpful as far as possible under the circumstances.
