The landlord did come to fix problems pretty quickly and made an effort to do things right

The landlord has generally been good at sorting out problems, coming to cut the grass on occasion as well as fixing broken tiles and lights. However he was difficult to reach at times, and make it unclear whether to contact him or the letting agency when experiencing a problem with the property.

Landlord provides excellent emergency service - came at 1am once to fix the electricity. Jobs take a little while to do, but they fix it so you can still comfortably live there.

Landlord has been a mix of helpful and rude. He was extremely rude to one member of the house when he failed to fix original issues in the house. However he has delivered on other aspects such as replacing the hoover and sending plumbers etc to deal with leaks. We have had a major issues with the gas and electric payment in the house. It is bills included but is run off a meter system which the landlord has repeatedly failed to top up. This has resulted in us being cut off from gas and electric supplies until he replenished the funds on the account. This has happened in excess of 3 times over the tenancy.

Whenever we have had a problem or need something repairing someone comes round as soon as possible.
