Landlord reviews for James Goodchild in Birmingham

Never actually met the landlord as he only came on the first day of the tennancy which I was not there for. The reason I have given such a good rating is because the maintenance man was fab and really helpful. We had a whatsapp group set up by the landlord which was a really good way of discussing maintenance or just getting advice on how to fix things ourselves. Landlord wasn't actually very responsive to emails when we moved in (e.g. about the fact the house needed a deep clean when we moved in because the previous tennants had left a mess) but this wasn't a huge issue.
