These landlords have been extremely rude and patronising to us, which is an inappropriate way to treat rent paying tenants. I would never rent with them again. We have made simple requests that have been met with aggression and a lack of willingness to help.

Never met in person, is quite often rude when trying to ask for anything. But, does fix things quickly when pestered and asked. Just doesn't make you feel very comfortable with asking.
