Our landlords always reply to emails withing 24 hours and if we flag any issue with the flat they send someone to repair or come to do repairs themselves within a few days and things are always fixed to a high standard.
They do everything by the book, when we originally moved in we went through a full inventory, were asked to fill out all the required paperwork and show our ID. We go through all the appropriate paperwork each time we renew the tenancy and they come to the flat to go through it with us which is very convenient.
