The flat is lovely, set over two floors with four bedrooms, two of which have en-suites. We have a decently sized balcony and open plan kitchen and sitting room. The flat is in really good condition and all our appliances have been replaced regularly during our tenancy. The flat is structurally sound. All radiators have recently been replaced. Only slightly annoying thing about the place is electricity is on a metre, but shop across the estate is convenient for topping it up.
