Initially promised to redecorate every 5 years but we were there for almost ten and some rooms still hadn’t been redecorated. Very difficult to get hold of; would ignore texts and phone calls. Promises to get repairs done would come to nothing. The landlord was always polite and respectful but the landlady was patronising and gave the impression that she felt she was better than us.
