Two double bedrooms and one box room. All bedrooms and bathroom prone to mould. The sealant in the double glazing is disintegrating and there is black mould. Only space for one car in drive. Because the house is on a fairly busy road my cars were driven into 4 times (once written off) my mum also had her car written off whilst parked out the front. When we moved in the landlord said he planned to get the driveway widened the following year but this never happened in almost ten years of tenancy.
