The Landlord refused to allow even the most basic repairs to be carried out without his sign off which did mean we waited almost two months before the list of repairs was complete. The place is owned by an elderly couple who are reluctant to spend any money on the property. The kitchen looks great in the pics but is cheaply done and the extractor fan and light had not even been properly connected. the sink continues to leak and the joints are rusting. The only time they responded quickly was when the water from the washing machine gushed out of a split hose. All the repairs required several quotes with no rush to get anything sorted.
