Did not take our concerns seriously. Painted over mould multiple times in the tenancy. Would not deal with a wasp infestation or fix the broken bannister posing a safety risk. Did not provide any of the necessary legal…

Quite helpful. Would always reply fast. Very fair in the move out charges. Replaced things that were faulty without too much hassle.
