Very mouldy, the whole property smelt damp. Humidity was regularly in the 80s with 2 dehumidifiers in the house and there was water running down the walls. Impossible to heat above about 13 degrees. Broken sofa that was not fixed because we'd signed the contract when it was in that condition.
The social space was a decent size to host in so that's a plus.
