Best landlord we could ask for. Spoke to us on the phone before we moved in to get to know us and let us choose the colours of our bedroom walls. Keeps in regular contact with us to check how things are and answers any questions we have - much easier than waiting for Thorntons to respond. Also very understanding about summer rent and Coronavirus rent. Lovely person and trustworthy landlord.
