The area has homeless people, which brings a lot of insecurity, a lot of trash on the sidewalk e.g: plastic bags, packages while the council tax was over 120£ a month for a studio flat

West Hampstead is nice. Road has families and friendly people. Good shops and restaurants. Lots of things to do in the evenings and weekends. Flat mates were great.
