The local area is great. It's a 5 minute walk to the STEM side of campus, the QMC or UoN tram stop are both very close by with a local convience shop (Bargain Booze) which wis well stocked. The big Tesco is a single tram ride away. It is a mostly student area so majority of neighbours will be students.

So close to uni you have no excuses for skipping lectures. We've had one break in and know lots of people in the area that have too. Not the safest, always dodgy people loitering around. But, it's pretty quiet and the neighbours tend to all be students.

Not the most fancy of neighbourhoods, but i never had any problem. Quiet, not too many people around.

Its very close to the uni - you can be on campus in 5 minutes which is great for days you wake up late! Theres a Bargain Booze less than 5 minutes walk which stocks everything you need and theres also a tram stop less than 5 minutes walk away to get to the city (15 mins) or Beeston (10 mins). The property is set back from the main road in a residential area which is quiet and a mix of students and residents. Overall a great spot to be!
