The Park is very nice and safe, never felt scared walking alone at night.

Beware, Nottingham's WORST letting agency!!

They obviously think students are stupid to fall for the renaming but we all know who you are. I've lived in one of their houses, it all started off fine, then whenever anything went wrong, they took weeks to fix it. Some of the builders that turned up would just let themselves in, without any warning and lets just say they certainly weren't the kind of people you want in your home without you being there.

At the end of our tenancy they conjured up over £600 in 'fees' they took from our deposit. We left the property pristine, but still they charged us all sorts of bizarre 'expenses' including 'fix kitchen door handle' for £25.... that was broken when we moved in.

These people are crooks, they try and be all 'cool' and 'down with the kids' but this is nothing more than a racket.

Close to numerous supermarkets and 20 minute walk into town. Mostly university students so often loud crowds walking down street or food deliveries late at night but this should surprise no one

Close access to transport (tram and bus), corner shop and Tesco a few minutes away. Very handy.

Very close to town, very safe road (Seely Rd), and with two bus stops right at the end of it - super convenient for Uni Park Campus or Town.

The location is on Trent's doorstep (Peel Street) but there are plenty more properties with good agents

Great location, just off derby road and Ilkeston road, near lots of shops and bus stops

Seely Road bus stops a 2 minute walk and the bus stops on ilkeston very close. Lots of corner shops nearby for a small shop and a variety such as Vietnamese Store.

It’s on the outskirts of Lenton. So not as bad as central Lenton, but still a few dodgy people in the are every blue moon.
