Great transport links, but situated in council flats so sometimes some sketchy things going on in the stairs of the flat going up to the building (the stairs are open to the public, not secured).

good area, right above a Sainsbury's and bus stop right outside.

the neighbours are very loud lots of music late at night and people having street parties
