Good area. Close to bus route

Chandos Road is a little gem in the city. Still many student houses, but the area is very well located

So close to Ashton court, easy to cycle in to the city centre and not far from the local shops in long Ashton

Area is quite nice to be fair, but the flat is just a bit too close to the road. Plus, the building got broken into so I guess that takes some stars away.

it's close to broadmead, which is nice if you go there often.
castle park is close.
if you go to uni wouldn't say it's the most convenient
train station being close makes it convenient for travel.
not a big shop nearby - closest big shop would be lidl in broadmead or lawrence hill, so it's always a bit annoying to do a big shop.
the sainsburys nearest is super expensive, and doesn't stock up well because it's mostly catered towards business people that work near there, not people who live near.

it's a nice area.
close to clifton village, bus, trains etc.
you get to see the trees changing when the seasons change outside of the windows which is nice

It's a quiet suburban area, close to the train station and all amenities, large public park etc.
