Nice, lively area and super easy to walk into town.
Can be a little nosey and difficult to park but nothing bad.

Fantastic area.

Cardiff is lovely. Splott is not.

Typical student area.

There have been a lot of problems in the surrounding area but the neighbours in the street have been great and look out for one another.

Noisy and messy but good for night life

gets a bad rep but it’s nice but a bit dirty

Roath is pretty nice. Close to Roath Park, but a little further from the uni than houses in Cathays. City Road is just off Mackintosh and is full of traffic constantly, but avoiding that the transport is pretty good.

The neighbourhood was fine. We experienced virtually no issues whilst living here. Close to town, lidl and the student union

The area was very good. Close to the university, pubs, bars and supermarkets which made living there a lot easier.
