The property was good to come into. There have been some problems throughout (broken blinds, leaks, etc), but CPS have usually been proactive in amending these.

Area rating
Roath is pretty nice. Close to Roath Park, but a little further from the uni than houses in Cathays. City Road is just off Mackintosh and is full of traffic constantly, but avoiding that the transport is pretty good.
