Landlord review for Lui Wood, Cardiff / Caerdydd
Landlord rating: 1
The landlady is unregistered and I discovered to my cost did not put the deposit in an approved scheme, she refused to return the deposit despite my rent always being paid promptly.
I am currently perusing this via the smalls claims court, and have reported her to the council.
She does not have the Gas serviced annually and failed to carry out repairs after the gas heating and Cooker had a prohibition notice placed on them 18 months ago. She lives in London so you very rarely see her, I have met her twice. I find her to be rude and manipulative.

Property review for 165 Fishguard Road, Llanishen, Cardiff
Property rating: 1
Its a two bedroom, ground floor, It is in need of a full refurbishment, the Gas heating and cooker are unsafe and have a prohibition notice on them.
Being a ground floor flat it is quite noisy with doors opening and closing late into the night. Very little privacy, people knocking on your door and windows for milk bread etc etc as well as the local shoplifter knocking on your window trying to sell you some stolen alcohol or meat. The flat also often stinks of weed due to another tenant who enjoys gardening.

Area review for Llanishen, Cardiff
Area rating: 2
The flat is the only privately owned one in a block of council flats, there have been in the time I have been there two tenants who have been convicted of sexual offences, there is a lot of drug dealing and crack taking in the block. There are some nice families but this is outweighed with the social issues.
