Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in London

It is a quiet neighbourhood, not much happen.

It is becoming a rather popular area to live, more buildings are being constructed. Very quiet area.

The neighbourhood has many drug/alcohol issues, it is a rough place for raising your kids.

Rough area, streets fights every weekend. Super noisy neighbourhood.
The only pro is that is easy to commute to any place in London

Area of Greenwich is line.

Honestly the neighbourhood is perfect. It is very close to the tube station and the high street.

Peckham is great. Transport links good. It's a shame people like this are exploiting the market making it hard for people who work in the area to stay there

Nice area. The roundabout by Manor House can be dodgy but it’s connected to lovely places in hackney.

Great location but street often had noisy / seedy late night characters up and down it
