I likes the area

It's ok, nothing special

Average. Didn't expect a lot

It was a safe part of Ealing but the council were useless. No one would take responsibility. No one would pick up the phone, the licencing officer, Sharleen Willis-Hodgins, never even sent her notes to me after I'd called for a property inspection, like she said she would. I also made her aware I was being illegally evicted, but she made no effort to help me.

While the property itself was in a good location and met our needs during the tenancy

area is okay but the subway is messy and flooded when it is raining

The area is safe and clean

Not always the safest, but a vibrant and busy place not too far from uni

Quiet and car free

This area is not for young people who are looking for a vibey area. More suitable for people who consider the transport link into London important, but it's a 15 min walk to a station.
