The area had nice shops and the neighbourhood people were nice. There was a train station at the front of the house so easy to commute places.

Michael BOLGER the head of agency made threats about me when I told him that I am leaving reviews , he threatened to contact his other estate agent buddies not to work with Me ( I have his emails and can provide proof) , but its my duty as concerned citizen

Please take caution with this agency , dishonest , pushy, they misinform you on the lease information to push the property they have reduced 3 times by lying about the lease , in their leaflet they put long lease of 900 years and confirmed , our solicitor covered issue with share of free hold , the worst he has seen where you had to pay 10% to ground floor if you rent ,
stay away from the property in Twyford , so called 3 bed but one bed size of shoe box , see for your self the history and how many times its reduced , basically each buyer pulled out as soon as they heard about lease . they wasted 4 months of our time and now after 3 months total of 7 months still in market , check for yourself or contact me for additional information , as my claims are all backed up

Was a nice area but was charged at a premium for local amenities and too close to landlord.
