5 min walk to 26 bus service, or orange line bus stop right outside road so good. lots of parking. some loud neighbours. fish and chips and small corner shop 5 minutes away

This house is very close to UEA (about an 8-minute walk). It's also close to Co-op and Tesco express, as well as a Boots and some, takeaways just around the corner. There is a primary school opposite. However, sometimes there can be some antisocial behaviour in the area.

local area is lovely, close to city centre. Neighbours are also young, never had an issue.
