Near everything one needs, 5 minutes from Jubilee Campus. Lidl, Tesco’s very near, few other essential shops not too far away also.

The location of this accommodation is by far its best feature, a true jack of all trades with a little bit of everything near-by.
Trams are about a 20min walk away which will get you to all the major areas. They do offer student tickets.
The bus is 5 mins if that for the Nottingham buses, 10 mins for the university shuttle buses.
Lidl and a small Tesco are with a 5/10 min walk along with a wok and go, dominoes, Gregs and subway. A small shopping complex is about 20/30mins walk away.
So really you have all the basics on your doorstep and easy transport links to get elsewhere.

Seely Road bus stops a 2 minute walk and the bus stops on ilkeston very close. Lots of corner shops nearby for a small shop and a variety such as Vietnamese Store.

Close to city so good bus links and easy to get to the station in 10 mins or less if travelling out of the city. But in general this is the case for the whole of the city and so this isn’t a special case.

Dunkirk is a great neighborhood, quiet and close to uni (5 minutes); This is perfect for Uni Park students!

Not great. Ilkeston can be a weird place at night and have often been approached by strangers at night making the street unsafe.

Lenton is good to live in as a student as close to town and University. Although dodgy neighbourhood overall with frequent break in's and people praying on vulnerable students at night.

Nottingham is fantastic, plenty of shops and areas for students to spend time together. Proper student city

Very popular student area, but at the same time very dodgy and scary to live in, especially if you don’t have appropriate locks on your doors etc.

Its Lenton, you get what you want. Good bus route 2 mins away. Sainsburys down the road, Lidl a little further. Generally quiet and pretty safe this end of Lenton.
