Quiet neighbours. No issues. Next door are very sweet - they allow picking up parcels from Amazon if you are not in.

The address given on the contract was uncomplete. As I am an internation student, I did not realise that some parts were missing which made it impossible to actually go to the property.

If you're unlucky and have neighbours in other flats of this building who love to be loud, party, etc. almost every day and your room is on the same side of the hallway as the kitchen, YOU WILL BE MISERABLE. If other flats party, watch TV, etc. in the kitchen with the window open, you will hear everything - talking, screaming, shouting. Sometimes they party until 5am. You will be miserable. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cannot stress this enough

The location was alright (lower Road, Beeston), but it can be noisy because of all the traffic near University Boulevard station.

8 min walk to NTU, opposite a shopping centre and on top of an aldi. Loads to do, great location.

Close to NTU city campus and near to city centre, with good transport links nearby too.

The house was in a great location near the Uni Park campus, right beside a tram stop and near supermarkets and take-aways.

I really appreciated being in this part of town during the lockdown as I was surrounded by nature and really friendly people when we were allowed to go out.

Nothing bad to say about Beeston and it's a very nice town with all you could need...

Very quiet family area, but well connected to beeston and town. Perfect location for young family. Neighbours are lovely as well.
