Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in Swansea / Abertawe

The house is in Mount Pleasant not Uplands. Please research the differences. Uplands is very nice indeed, Mount Pleasant is a old housing estate on a very steep hill.

Good area, quiet neighbourhood

Local area is close to the beach and uni, few parks and plenty of small supermarkets and takeaways. Only good thing about living here.

This area is a dangerous neighborhood for families. lots of drink and drugs in the area.
