Landlord rating
Landlords were average, repairs were carried out fairly quick but most furniture and utilities needs to just be better quality anyway. Can’t really ask for a full renovation but that’s what the place needed. A poo in the corner of each room would’ve brightened the place up a bit. Maybe even a pile of sick. Either way sort it out you scruffs

Damp on loads of walls, furniture was old. Place was like a glorified crack den from the mid 20th century. Would never want to live anywhere like that again

Local area is close to the beach and uni, few parks and plenty of small supermarkets and takeaways. Only good thing about living here.
