The area is fine. Nothing much around and quite unsafe, but across the tube tracks by the ExCel it's lovely. No proper supermarket within easy reach.

Right on Regents Park and Primrose Hill. Easy to walk to Camden, Chalk Hill or St John's Wood High St.
Only one bus route and bit of a walk to the closest tube. Late night road noise from the traffic junction and racers around the outer circle.

Very close to shops, to university for me. Walking distance away from portswood where there’s loads of shops and transport methods. Good area

Good distance between campus and the city centre. Portswood is noisy, often a number of drunks in the area and the walk from the high street to the house can be rather dark as there are few streetlights (I would phone a friend during the walk home).

There is a bus stop around the corner to get to town/the airport, but Highfield Interchange is also a 5-10 minute walk for more bus links. Shops and pubs/cafes in Portswood are a 10-15 minute walk away.

Close to Portswood Highstreet (range of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets), and nightclubs such as Sobar and Jesters. 20 minute walk to Highfield Campus. 10 minute walk to Southampton Common. Close to bus stops for the U1, U2, and U6 routes (easy access to the city centre, Highfield campus, and hospitals).

Property located in Somerstown, Southsea (PO5 1ED). Reasonable location, standard corner shop less than a minute away. No more than 10 minutes walk to uni, fratton area and Albert rd. 20-30mins walk to the sea front . Easily accessible train station a bus. Parking at the property requires a permit if +3hrs. Reasonable walk to the local asda.
