Good area, no issues.

ok area, next to an estate so not great, a lot of sketchy people at night

Perfect location for UoN campus.

Estoy en mitcham y es un área donde hay muchas paradas de bus que van a distintos sitios, también estoy cerca de la parada del tranvía y a 25 minutos en bus de la estación de subte.

Its in an industrial estate
if you drive its perfect but you'll need to walk a bit for public transport

Next door seems to be a "housing" - loads of drugs abuse and noises.

Gnerally other neigbours are nice

Neighbours are very loud and drunk most evenings, walls are so thin and can hear dog barking constantly, neighbours up at 3am every day. Other neighbours kids playing on trumped and screaming until late at night. Neighbours always arguing over parking and calling the police. Very very unfriendly and stressful place to live!!!!!!

The landlord is renting out a house with mold on the walls in the bathroom and kitchen. Before moving home, she removes traces of mold, and when my health deteriorated and there was mold all over the house, she begins to deceive, shouting that she is a lawyer, that she will use the services of the police. She does everything to avoid returning the promised deposit. The house is very damp and if you decide to rent it, first think about whether you can heat it. You should be prepared for large gas and electricity bills and a scandalous landlady.

Charming neighbourhood and the flat is within a few minutes walk to Little Venice , Tesco and some lovely restaurants and cafes . Warwick and Paddington stations are a 5min and 10 mins walk away respectively

Areas nice so its a shame the appartmernt and agent is terrible.
