Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Apart from the noise related issues, the location is excellent.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and quite place. Although it is by the road, at night you can still sleep soundly. The other tenants are also kind and considerate.

Love the area !

Kensington High Street is fantastic, and Holland Park is literally a 30-second walk away. The neighborhood is wonderful, and we lived on Kensington High Street for a decade. There's nothing negative to say about the area itself. It's just unfortunate that this flat belongs to a landlord who, despite a net worth of $80 million, behaves like a scrooge, and is managed by the most incredible ass-kisser I've ever encountered.

My advice? Avoid renting with Agents & Home. And if you ever hear or read the name Tim Lawler, run! There are far better agencies out there

El neighbourhood es muy tranquilo y limpio, sobre todo seguro. Y muy centrico. Vivo en el mismo lugar 9 anios.

Its is a good area but could be improved. Public transport is a bit of an issue, we have just one bus to connect to London centre.

It’s a beautiful area. Safe and family oriented and tons of greenery and parks and stunning views.

The area is nice. No complains at all

Fast road, local shops and pubs are not in walking distance, parking is very awkward. Carpets have been removed upstairs so very loud. Basement flat has no soundproofing. I have had to call 999 because someone was banging on my window, police turned up 3 days later. Someone throwing bins around in the street at night. Again police 2-3 day response.

Definitely better than the landlord
