5 mins walk from the shops and town centre

Chesham is a market town and the house is less than a 5 min walk to town and 10 min walk to the underground station.

It's in the poor part of the city, so you can't expect too much. There is a Lidl at 5min walk

Fair. Suffers with some local crime and poverty

close to shops. buses are rubbish but the train into town is good. the streets are messy and it's noisy on club nights.

Very nice part of Bristol for students. Convenient transport links into city centre and out to UWE. Plenty of local shops. Sainsburys at the end of the road.

The local area is ok and is close to all amenities but this cannot make up for the shocking service from Boomerang Property and Paul Tute.

Good area, no issues.

ok area, next to an estate so not great, a lot of sketchy people at night

Perfect location for UoN campus.
