The neighborhood is great, but I recommend other properties.

Kingston Park is a mature residential neighborhood. The property is very well situated, with excellent transport links, great local facilities, and extensive shopping outlets. To top it off our neighbours were such lovely people.

Good area, nice green areas nearby, seems quite safe, not far from supermarkets. Relatively far from train station if walking/bussing. Cannot park in front of house but a car park is nearby.

Nice neighbourhood

Very near bus stop to take you into the city centre and near to shops and supermarkets. Lovely, peaceful area, nice places to walk and run nearby.

The local area is nice, 5 minute dirving distance from the town centre of Tunbridge Wells and maybe a 20 minute walk. Bear in mind it is extremely congested, and I say that having previously lived in Brighton for 4 years. Aside from the that, good connections, services and general neighbourhood.

the flat has an amazing location. it is 2 minutes away from the bus and 15 minutes away from templar square shopping center. The street is quiet and our neighbours are nice :)

The local area of Iffley is like a quiet village on the edge of Oxford. Walking down by the nearby river, there are a few nice pubs to choose from, it's only a 10 minute walk to Templar's Square for shops and supermarkets, and there's no through road so it's only traffic coming in or out of the village.
