2 bedroom flat with living room. Window in large bedroom wasn’t sealed properly when fitted so was prone to make a lot of noise when windy. The flat was not in great condition nor were the fixtures and fittings. Dark patches on the walls indicated a damp problem. One of the living room windows was painted shut and one of the radiators didn’t work. The sink was prone to leaking, the bathroom had inadequate ventilation and was riddled with mould along with rusting fixtures and peeling paint work. Sound insulation was exceptionally poor.
