Originally a four-bed, one-bath house, it got expanded into a six-bed, two-bath house, but the other communal spaces didn't get any improvement.

My room was originally nice but smelt of new paint for the first week or two. An interior wall between that room and one next door had been moved, and cracked from floor to ceiling over the first few months of being in the house.

As the upstairs attic conversion as taking place (a project that went on for six months longer than anticipated), shoddy building work meant that water dripped through my MIDDLE FLOOR ceiling and light fixture. It got fixed after two weeks, but mould started sprouting up underneath the window, so I'm pretty sure the water has been redirected to go inside the wall instead.

2/10, because it does have four walls and a roof, but they're all held together out of old gum and tape.
