Fairly new property which was cheap and easy to run.
Property did not have windows that you could open more than a few inches which made the bedrooms very hot in the summer.
Cheap IKEA furnishings . Property had lots of issues with lifts breaking down, ovens exploding, handles coming off far too easily.
