Disgusting on arrival. Mouldy black bathroom. Dead flies all over the living room. Dusty and dirty windows. Property had many issues (broken radiator, taps etc) and they took up to 6 months to sort these out. missing/broken furniture. Left holes in the windows when they eventually came to sort them out leaving us with awful draughts coming through. Waited over an hour in the blistering sun to pick up the keys as they have no organisation whatsoever.
