Always barging in with no prior warning. Rude on the telephone when trying to sort things out. Overcharged on rent considering the state of the place. Lied about property being ‘professionally cleaned’. Tried to seize over £1000 of our entire deposit for ‘repairs’ and ‘cleaning’. Called me a liar on the phone when I told them about the gross condition the property was in when we arrived.

Disgusting on arrival. Mouldy black bathroom. Dead flies all over the living room. Dusty and dirty windows. Property had many issues (broken radiator, taps etc) and they took up to 6 months to sort these out. missing/broken furniture. Left holes in the windows when they eventually came to sort them out leaving us with awful draughts coming through. Waited over an hour in the blistering sun to pick up the keys as they have no organisation whatsoever.

Burley was a lovely area. Train station five minutes walk. Local shops. Lovely neighbours. Such a pity about Let Leeds being so awful or I definitely would have stayed.
