Very two-faced, says one thing to your face yet through letters very different.
Upon researching said individual due to his constant miscommunication, lies and threats we found him to have narrowly escaped jail previously which could be found from various news sources. He eventually renovated the house upon us moving out however even if you drop of piece of s**t in gold it’s still a piece of s**t.

Property rating

The property was not looked after as from the start it was covered in mould, see through paper was taped onto clearly broken windows. Gaps meant cold air was getting into the house the heating/boiler was constantly on the Frits, I could go on. At the time we had a 2-year old and had only accepted to move in out of pure desperation at the time. Oh and it was Mouse infested, again little did we know at the time.

The neighbourhood was ok more or less except for the next door neighbours on one side, for whatever reason unbeknownst to us they always had some sort of problem. Funny thing is they were caught on CCTV so many others could plainly see that they were just trying to stir up trouble. Pretty much across the road from a few shops a GP and the hospital. But you must own a car or at least have access to one to go further afield.
