Landlord rating
Alleged I have taken a set of keys and a meter key despite me submitting multiple complaints about them.
Gave me a soiled mattress after letting agency promised to replace and was asked to replace at my own expense, initially so they could keep it.
Disputed alleged cleanliness and mould even though I provided pictures and receipts of items bought such as mould spray, dehumidifier, white vinegar, tea tree, gloves and other items.
Threatened to withhold deposit over council tax which is illegal. Demanded I pay a month though I was liable for one week.
Cleaners alleged to I had tampered with extraction fans. Landlord aware extractor fans not working.
Landlord lied about how long I was there to the council to force me to pay more.
If you end up here, I strongly advise keeping a record and take pictures of everything, you'll need it. Do not engage with this person, her behaviour is just down right vile.

Don't respond to emails or complaints. Don't give you all the keys. Make false promises on behalf of landlords. Avoid, they are the worst agency I have had the misfortune of being with.

No access to bins because keys not given.
Soiled mattress.
Mould in bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Particularly bad in the wardrobe where you're expected to keep all your clothes. They know this is an ongoing issue and still did nothing about it.
Can't even be bothered to do minor repairs like glueing the front of the drawers back on.
TV stand held up with a loose bit of plastic.
Mirror in hallway cracked.
Floor peeling.
Unclean over.
Underneath radiators caked in god-knows-what.
Smells damp.
Hooks and curtain rails falling out of the walls.
Cracked hob.
Skirting board coming away from the wall and some are soft.
